When will subscribers receive boxes?
Desk Stash ships every three months in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Subscribers can expect to receive their boxes 3-5 days after shipping. Desk Stash will send an email to subscribers notifying them when boxes have shipped.
Why are the subscriptions different prices if they're both paid quarterly?
If you subscribe annually, you get the best price! Annual subscriptions help us to make plans with high-quality vendors to put together future Desk Stash boxes at a great price. If an annual subscription isn't your thing, we also offer a quarterly subscription for $45.
How many items will I receive in each box?
Each Desk Stash box will include 5-7 unique, curated office and desk supplies.
What is the average retail value of Desk Stash boxes?
Desk Stash boxes have an average retail value of $75.
When will my first box arrive?
Your first box will ship within two weeks after you subscribe.
Does Desk Stash charge for shipping?
Yes. We charge for shipping and handling to all U.S. addresses.
Does Desk Stash ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship to U.S. addresses.
What is Desk Stash's return policy?
Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped. Desk Stash is a surprise box of curated items, so if you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends and colleagues.
What if any items arrived damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, you may return it and we will send you a replacement of the damaged item. To request a replacement item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Absolutely. Please include the mailing address for the recipient during checkout and let us know if you would like us to enclose a card with your personal message.
Do you offer corporate subscriptions?
Looking for a unique client gift or a way to acknowledge a colleague or employee? A Desk Stash box is a sterling choice that says, "I appreciate you." Email us at email@example.com to request our corporate rates.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
If you would like to pause or cancel your subscription, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you choose to cancel an annual subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then, upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled (e.g., If you sign up for a 12-month subscription and have paid for 2 boxes you will be charged for another 2 before your subscription finishes).
