When will subscribers receive boxes?
Desk Stash ships every three months in April, July, October and January. Subscribers can expect to receive their boxes 3-5 days after shipping. Desk Stash will send an email to subscribers notifying them when boxes have shipped.
How many items will I receive in each box?
Each Desk Stash box will include 5-7 unique, curated office and desk supplies.
When will my first box arrive?
Your first box will ship immediately after you subscribe.
How much does Desk Stash charge for shipping?
Shipping is free to all U.S. addresses.
Does Desk Stash ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship to U.S. addresses.
What is Desk Stash's return policy?
Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped. Desk Stash is a surprise box of curated items, so if you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends and colleagues.
What if any items arrived damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, you may return it and we will send you a replacement of the damaged item. To request a replacement item, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Absolutely. Please include the mailing address for the recipient during checkout and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like us to include a card with your personal message in the box.
