When will my first box arrive?

Your first box will ship within two weeks after purchase.

Does Desk Stash charge for shipping?

Yes.  We charge for shipping and handling to all U.S. addresses.

What if my box is missing or stolen?

​

We ship via UPS and provide a tracking number for every shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. If your package is lost after delivery, the best course is for you to contact UPS.

Does Desk Stash ship internationally?

 

No.  We currently only ship to U.S. addresses.

What is Desk Stash's return policy?

Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped.  Desk Stash boxes contain curated items, so if you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends and colleagues.

What if any items arrived damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, you may return it and we will send you a replacement of the damaged item.  To request a replacement item, please contact us at info@deskstash.com.
